Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

You should submit a completed application form, within the chosen advert on our dedicated careers page.

We want to understand how you meet the individual requirements of the job role you have chosen to apply for, therefore we recommend you consider the job description and person specification when creating your application.

When we advertise a role, we always include a closing date. Due to the level of interest for our roles, we are unable to accept late applications and reserve the option to close vacancies early.
Stage 2

Reviewing Applications

The shortlisting panel will assess your application using the information you have supplied, and against the Job Description and Person Specification.

Applications that meet the relevant criteria will be shortlisted for interview, which will either be in person; via telephone or googlemeet.

All our shortlisting is anonymised to ensure a fair and consistent selection process.
Stage 3

1st Interview

If your application is successful at the shortlisting stage, you will be invited to interview. Communication is via email, so please ensure you check your inbox regularly for updates.

You will also be asked to complete a self declaration form at this stage; other requirements  will be role dependent, and could include a presentation or a written assessment.

If you require any adjustments to the recruitment process, whether at the application stage or to support your interview/assessment centre, please ensure that you provide details of your requirement on your application form.
